Humble Yet Glorious: Mark 1:4-11
This Sunday will be busy at Black Creek United Methodist Church. We will have a baptism during our worship service, officially welcoming a child into our family of faith. This is always a blessed event, and it is a time of true celebration for our church.
As this awesome event is a major part of our church service, the message this week will be short, and we will take a quick break from our sermon series on the Book of Exodus. Instead, as we celebrate, we will look at Christ’s baptism as recounted in the Gospel of Mark, and we will embrace the idea that Christ’s baptism, and baptism in our United Methodist Church is humble yet glorious!
As always, I pray that you will join us!
