In this week’s service, we will look at some difficult words from the Apostle Paul in the Book of Romans. Paul writes that “The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.”
In our message, we will wrestle with that statement. Does that mean that we are supposed to deny ourselves everything on this earth? Are we supposed to feel bad when we enjoy earthly things? We will discover the answers to those tough questions, and we will find some inspiration from some of our earliest church mothers and fathers this week as we all work to grow in the faith during these hazy, lazy days of summer.
I hope that you will join us!
