Look Up and Live

This week, we as a family of faith continue our Lenten Journey.  In our Gospel reading, we hear one of the most glorious verses in our entire scripture, John 3:16. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” What a glorious verse!

In our message, we will look at the two “neighbor verses” to that scripture, John 3:14 and 3:15, which are a little less familiar.  “Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.” 

We will look at why those verses are so important, and we will find some amazing encouragement as we continue our Lenten journey together!
